The scheme builds on the recommendations stemming from this pilot phase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will offer grants to artists, cultural operators, host organisations from all the sectors covered by the CULTURE strand and from the countries participating in the Creative Europe programme. Emerging artists will receive special attention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Culture Moves Europe has a budget of \u20ac21 million over the next three years.
