{"id":5813,"date":"2023-07-18T13:30:34","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T11:30:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.guiafc.es\/nuevas-candidatas-a-asociaciones-europeas-de-horizonte-europa\/"},"modified":"2023-07-18T13:32:01","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T11:32:01","slug":"nuevas-candidatas-a-asociaciones-europeas-de-horizonte-europa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.guiafc.es\/en\/nuevas-candidatas-a-asociaciones-europeas-de-horizonte-europa\/","title":{"rendered":"New candidate European Partnerships are now public"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparations of new European Partnerships that will be launched during the second half of Horizon Europe have reached an important milestone this week, when the European Commission presented 10 proposals for new candidate partnershipsEN\u2022\u2022\u2022 to Member States and Associated Countries:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brain Health;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forests and Forestry for a Sustainable Future;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovative Materials for EU (I\u2019M for EU);\u200b<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In-Orbit Demonstration and Validation;\u200b<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raw Materials for the Green and Digital Transition\u200b;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resilient Cultural Heritage;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Social Transformations and Resilience;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solar Photovoltaics;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Textiles of the Future;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Virtual Worlds.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This proposed portfolio will be discussed with Member States and Associated Countries in the coming months and may thus be subject to further changes. The concept papers for the new candidates have been prepared by Commission services in line with the new impact-driven policy approach set out in Horizon Europe. This includes partnerships\u2019 contributions to delivering on European Commission priorities regarding the twin green and digital transitions, and to the Union\u2019s reinforced open strategic autonomy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Member States and Associated countries have been engaged in the process early on, notably through the Partnership Knowledge Hub, which provides a dedicated forum for coordination and cooperation with Member States, Associated Countries, and related stakeholders involved in European Partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The preparatory work is now reaching a co-creation phase with Member States and Associated Countries, where a structural consultation from July until September will give them the opportunity to provide detailed feedback on the proposed candidates, as well as suggestions for additional candidates.
