Through the power <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of example, the scheme enables the exchange and transfer of experiences and skills across borders <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and between communities in Europe and beyond. It increases the visibility and understanding of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multiple values of cultural heritage for Europe\u2019s society, economy, environment and culture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outstanding heritage achievements will be awarded in the following categories: Conservation &amp; Adaptive Reuse. Research. Education, Training &amp; Skills. Citizens Engagement &amp; Awareness-raising. Heritage Champions. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entries can be related to tangible, intangible or digital heritage. The scope of the entries can be <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ranging from small to large, from local to European and international. The European Heritage Awards \/ Europa Nostra Awards will honour up to 30 outstanding heritage <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">achievements, among which up to five Grand Prix will be awarded, each with a monetary prize of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u20ac10,000. In addition, the Public Choice Award will be presented to one of the selected award winners, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">following an online vote conducted via the Europa Nostra website and will also receive a monetary <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prize of \u20ac10,000. All entries must be submitted online via european-heritage.awardsplatform.com.
