Perform Europe Launches Third Open Call to Support Cross-Border Touring in the Performing Arts

Dear performing arts community, the moment you’ve been waiting for is finally here! The third Open Call is out, supporting innovative cross-border touring projects across Europe and beyond. The call is open to performing arts professionals and organisations based in 41 Creative Europe countries and requires partnerships of at least three partners from three different countries.

Proposals must include at least one completed work from circus, dance, outdoor arts, performance art, puppetry or theatre (excluding live music and opera) and tour in at least three Creative Europe countries. The call prioritises inclusion and diversity and the fight against climate change, with particular attention to underrepresented regions and communities.

Funding is available in three categories: €15,000, €25,000 and €55,000, with additional top-ups up to €5,000 for accessibility and sustainability measures. 5% of the total funding will be dedicated to proposals involving Ukraine. Apply before Thursday, 22 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST
