The POCTEP 2021-2027 program has been prepared by the governments of Spain and Portugal in order to address key challenges in the border area between the two countries.
For its drafting, the previous diagnosis of the current situation of the cooperation area, the strategic references that affect it, the principles of association and multilevel governance and the results of the strategic environmental assessment have been taken into account.
